OYSTERFEST AT SYC

As of Friday evening 12 boats from visiting yacht clubs were tied up on our Guest Dock. 

At 6:00 PM everyone met up in the Club House to share a Potluck Dinner

Lots of folks having lots of fun!

  On Saturday we gained 13 boats for a total of 25 visiting boats....

                                                          Dick and Linda handled the SYC Bar...                                     Debbie sold raffle tickets for 3 bottles of premium wine in a wine rack...

72 people attended Saturday evening's Potluck Appetizers... Everyone had a great time!

Rear Commodore Linda worked 6 hours at Oysterfest then at least that long at SYC.  Here she is running the dishwasher.  And she said it was fun!

On Sunday morning the winning raffle ticket was chosen - The winner?  Lydia from the Tacoma Yacht Club!

The Shelton Yacht Club provided the complimentary Sunday morning breakfast...

Breakfast was well attended and enjoyed by all...

As Sunday morning drew to a close, Rainer showed up to take charge... (Jean's grandson)

This is the 25th year for SYC putting on a concurrent Oysterfest Event for visiting yachts.  Now it's time to close the door till next year...
