April Daffodil Parade

April 16 - 18th was the Tacoma Daffodil Marine parade hosted by the Tacoma Yacht Club. A wonderful weekend and the weather was fabulous. Saturday morning the daffodils arrived, Heather directed us with the placement of painted cardboard pieces and daffodils on Prelude to complete our themed boat, "Greetings Earthlings" which depicted aliens "Reaching For Their Star”. Our Flagship Boundary Point was lined with daffodils, SYC Banner, 2021 Bridge and our Past Lady Commodores: Judy, Jean, Dawn, Diana, Sue and Linda. The Flagship took 2nd place out of seventeen entries. Be sure to check out our trophy in the showcase.
